A jewelry store located in downtown Guadalajara is seeking an organized and dynamic individual to perform operational tasks including receiving, organizing, labeling, and picking merchandise. **Main Responsibilities** * **Picking and Packaging:** Prepare orders for customers and distributors, including handling special orders. * **Merchandise Control:** Inspect, classify, and organize incoming new merchandise. * **Detailed Labeling:** Manage general and customer-specific labeling for technical requirements (e.g., Coppel). * **Inventory Management:** Actively support cyclic and general inventories to ensure traceability of supplies. * **Internal Logistics:** Classify returns and replace packaging/bags to ensure product quality. * **Interdepartmental Coordination:** Separate items for the Photography/Marketing department and coordinate with Purchasing for material receipt. * **Education:** Completed high school diploma (mandatory). * **Experience:** Preferably 6 months to 1 year of experience in warehouse, inventory, or operational roles. * **Technical Skills:** Basic PC proficiency, speed in labeling and counting items. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM; Saturdays, 9 AM to 2 PM. * **Base Salary:** $9,500 plus $500 attendance bonus plus $1,000–$3,000 performance-based bonus.
