Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (intermediate Excel proficiency required) **Administrative Assistant – Procurement** **Objective** Support the company’s procurement management and control by requesting quotations, tracking purchase orders, and performing administrative supplier oversight, ensuring timely supply of required materials and services. **Education** Completed high school; technical diploma or incomplete bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. **Experience** Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience as a Procurement Assistant or in a similar administrative role, with experience in supplier relations and purchase order follow-up. **Technical Knowledge** * Procurement and supply processes * Preparation and analysis of quotations * Supplier comparisons * Preparation and tracking of purchase orders * Basic knowledge of invoicing * ERP system proficiency (SAI preferred) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (intermediate Excel proficiency required) **Main Responsibilities** * Request and analyze supplier quotations * Prepare and track purchase orders * Monitor and perform basic supplier evaluation * Verify prices, terms, and delivery times * Assist in invoice receipt and validation * Register and update information in the system * Provide administrative support to the procurement department **Offer Includes:** * Gross monthly salary of $11,000 \- $13,000 * Weekly payment * Statutory benefits * Profit-sharing distribution * 30-day year-end bonus * Monthly food vouchers worth $500\.00 * Direct employment contract with the company * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:45 PM Employment type: Full-time Salary: Up to $13,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
