Job Description We seek a results-oriented and continuous improvement-focused professional responsible for auditing, documenting, and strengthening the organization's internal processes, ensuring their correct application and fostering a culture of quality and operational efficiency. The primary objective of this position is to ensure departments operate under defined processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements that positively impact operations. Main Responsibilities * Audit departments to verify completeness and currency of their processes. * Verify correct application of processes as established. * Identify and track Corrective Actions. * Support in Training Needs Assessment (TNA). * Document and present results derived from internal audits. * Identify improvement opportunities within each department. * Implement improvements arising from audits. * Monitor process improvements and identified areas for improvement. * Conduct periodic validation of process compliance. * Propose improvements to quality management and internal control systems. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, or related field. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Quality Auditing. * Process Analyst experience. * Knowledge of continuous improvement and process control. * Experience in identifying and implementing Corrective Actions. * Process development experience. * Knowledge of quality management systems is desirable. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
