Together we can transform the future of health and leave a positive impact on the world! **Tipo de colaborador** Trust **Objetivo del puesto** Ensure that all shipments meet the documentation requirements established by each client in order to be delivered on time and correctly. **Responsabilidades y actividades** * Deliver documentation to carrier to release shipment (itinerary, remittance or transfer, and shipping log). * Extract delivery reports from the system to generate interfaces and assign transportation. * Create delivery work plans and request transportation as needed. * Assign and register transportation per unit in the system. Experiencia * Administrative processes (billing, data entry, reporting, etc.). * Interaction with suppliers. * Customer service. Conocimientos * Intermediate Excel (reports, pivot tables, etc.). * Electronic invoicing.
