SEÑALIKA A company dedicated to the design, production, and installation of AAA corporate visual elements, such as car dealerships, bank branches, supermarket chains, restaurants, etc. We are seeking: INSTALLATION SUPERVISOR Position Objective: Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate image projects, ensuring end-to-end project delivery from inception to completion. The Project Manager is fully responsible for outcomes in terms of meeting client deadlines and critical path milestones, maintaining controlled costs and ensuring profitability margins, delivering agreed-upon deliverables and technical validation, as well as maintaining direct and effective communication with clients and internal departments. Requirements: · Microsoft 365 (Advanced level in Excel, Microsoft Project, Power BI, Planner, and Teams), Smartsheet, AutoCAD. · Preferred: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification · Willingness and ability to travel · Industrial engineer, architect, or related field degree Responsibilities: * Project planning and organization. * Management of baseline budgets, project variances, and final profitability assessment. * Industrial safety. * Ability to conduct critical milestone reviews (gates), quality assessments, and regulatory compliance checks before advancing to subsequent project phases. * Supervision of safety and quality. * Resource and team management. * Preparation of documentation and reports. * Ensuring on-time and in-full delivery of all deliverables. * Capability to decompose end-to-end projects and align multiple departments (Engineering, Procurement, Production, Installation).
