





Main job objective: Meet the goals set within the HR department, in order to maintain control over employee admissions, departures, and tracking of incidents within the department. **Main responsibilities:** 1\. Conduct onboarding follow-up and update digital records. 2\. Manage documentation for new hires in physical and digital archives across existing storage systems. 3\. Manage termination documents in both physical and digital formats across existing storage systems. 4\. Track and follow up on departmental incidents. 5\. Create internal documents. **Requirements:** Must be an active student (at least 6th semester, or completing a bachelor’s degree within one and a half years at minimum).
