We offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment, providing professional and personal growth opportunities for our employees. **Field Recruiter Store Atemajac or Miravalle** Job responsibilities: * Recruit candidates who meet the required profile to fill operational and administrative vacancies. * Carry out the hiring process by validating the correct completion of employee files according to requirements for onboarding. * Ensure staff complete their onboarding process and required training according to their position; plan and conduct training courses and workshops. * Record information throughout the process until the hiring process is completed. * Deliver the corresponding information for candidate onboarding procedures. * Perform fieldwork (flyering, job fairs). * Comply with data entry and follow-up requirements from the Corporate department. * Manage job postings on Social Media and Job Boards. * Maintain effective communication with the work team and within the store. **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6:30 pm * Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm with Sunday off.
