We are passionate about innovation, which is why we are looking for enthusiastic individuals eager to grow professionally. **Position Objective:** Plan, execute, and follow up on internal audits, document control, regulatory compliance, and CAPA to enhance the effectiveness of the QMS. **Requirements:** * Chemistry, Biology, or related field (incomplete or completed degree) * 1–3 years of experience in the cosmetic/pharmaceutical/food industry in internal audits, ISO 9001 and ISO 22716 audits; NOM\-259, NC/CAPA (8D, 5W, Ishikawa), document control and RAD, 5S and GMP, risk management (FMEA/regulatory matrix), audit/CAPA management * Proactive, responsible, and organized profile**.** **Responsibilities :** ✅ Plan, conduct, and follow up on the annual internal audit plan ✅ Report findings, manage document control, and ensure regulatory compliance ✅ Follow up on customer complaints related to quality, provide employee support ✅ Be key in helping the quality department continue growing! **What we offer:** * Continuous training and development. * Fixed salary of $2,600 weekly net \+ grocery vouchers * Statutory benefits \+ additional benefits * Schedule: Monday\-Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, Saturdays half-day.
