Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Assistant to support a Commercial Advisor, receive training in customer service, assist with order entry, and substitute for the sales representative. Sales support and mentoring GAFI HARDWARE COMPANY HAS AN OPEN POSITION FOR: \- Sales Assistant \- To accompany a Commercial Advisor on daily visits to hardware customers, receive comprehensive training in all activities related to customer service, and assist in order entry. Substitute for the sales representative when on vacation, etc. WORK AREA: Entire Guadalajara Metropolitan Area \- Tonalá, Zapopan, Tlaquepaque, Tlajomulco de Zúñiga, El Salto, Juanacatlán, Ixtlahuacán (We provide transportation) REQUIREMENTS: \- Gender: Unrestricted, Age: Up to 35 years old, Completed High School \- Valid driver's license and ability to drive manual transmission vehicles — MANDATORY \- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, counter sales, promotion, or floor sales \- Willingness to learn and develop within the hardware industry WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Sundays: Off WE OFFER: $2,519 WEEKLY NET BASE SALARY plus an additional $250 weekly food card Plus a guaranteed performance bonus of $3,000 monthly net ⁠No payroll lag or biweekly cycles — payment every Thursday via BANORTE All statutory benefits (vacation, 25% vacation bonus, IMSS coverage from day one, profit-sharing) 20 days of Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo) Medium-term growth opportunity Fonacot, savings fund, and more...
