Opportunity for professional development and growth **Urban Design Project Coordinator** -------------------------------- ### **Company** **Tierra y Armonía** ### **Location** Guadalajara, Jalisco ### **Job Objective** Develop executive and technical urban projects, ensuring regulatory compliance and acquisition of corresponding permits, aligned with the company’s commercial and growth strategy. ### **Responsibilities** * Prepare drawings for **Lot Merging, Subdivision, and/or Boundary and Area Rectification**. * Produce lotting layout plans according to commercial demand. * Develop the **Geometric Urbanization Project (PGU)** for permit acquisition. * Prepare pavement drawings for approval and permit management. * Develop the **Definitive Urbanization Project (PDU)**. * Prepare Condominium Regimes (horizontal or vertical) for permit acquisition. * Prepare urban presentations for *Phase Plan* exhibitions. ### **✅ Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field. * Experience: 2–3 years in urban project development. * Knowledge of: * Urban project design and planning. * Territorial ordering and urban regulations. * Preparation of executive projects for permits. * Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and results-oriented approach. ### **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Major Medical Expense Insurance. * Life Insurance. * Grocery vouchers. * Opportunity for professional development and growth. * Indefinite-term employment contract.
