Job Summary: We are seeking an Architect with vision and solid technical expertise to conceive and develop architectural projects from conceptualization through construction supervision. Provide effective and timely on-site solutions We seek an Architect with vision and solid technical expertise, capable of conceiving and developing architectural projects from conceptualization through construction supervision. The primary objective is to design functional, aesthetic, and sustainable spaces that meet client needs and comply with current regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop conceptual architectural designs, preliminary designs, and construction documents. * Prepare drawings, technical specifications, and descriptive reports. * Meet established project delivery deadlines. * Deliver all documentation with high quality. * Provide effective and timely on-site solutions. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in design and development of construction documents. * **MANDATORY**: 3 years of experience in high-rise residential projects. * Advanced proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, V\-Ray, Adobe Suite). * Knowledge of construction regulations and urban codes. * Urban design sensibility. * Excellent AutoCAD skills. * Project management, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously. **PROFILE:** Age between 24 and 29 years Education: Bachelor's degree Field of study: Architecture **OFFER:** Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM and 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM Statutory benefits (30-day bonus) Meal subsidy (50%) Work location: Av Adolfo López Mateos Nte 391, Circunvalación Guevara, 44680 Guadalajara, Jal.
