across various corporate departments, ensuring compliance with Mazda brand guidelines as well as organizational operational efficiency, profitability, quality, and continuous improvement.\n**Key Responsibilities**\n* Analyze, map, and document operational and administrative processes across various departments.\n* Ensure process harmonization in accordance with corporate and brand standards.\n* Conduct internal process audits and follow up on findings.\n* Identify improvement opportunities focused on efficiency, control, quality, and profitability.\n* Design, update, and manage standard operating procedures (SOPs).\n* Implement continuous improvement projects using Lean, BPM, and Six Sigma methodologies.\n* Define, implement, and monitor operational and performance KPIs.\n* Train staff on processes, procedures, and best practices.\n* Manage change control and ensure proper implementation of changes.\n* Collaborate cross-functionally with various corporate departments.\n* Generate executive reports for senior management.\n**Required Profile**\n#### **Education**\n* Industrial Engineering, Industrial Administration, Process Engineering, or related field.\n#### **Experience**\n* Minimum 2 years as a Process Engineer, Process Analyst, or Continuous Improvement Specialist.\n* Desired experience in the automotive sector, corporate environment, or organizations with high operational standards.\n* Experience implementing continuous improvement projects.\n**Technical Knowledge**\n* Process mapping and optimization.\n* Quality management under ISO 9001 standards.\n* Methodologies: Lean, BPM, Six Sigma.\n* Process documentation and change control.\n* Process auditing.\n* KPI implementation and monitoring.\n* Advanced Excel (data analysis, reporting,
