Technical career Minimum one year of verifiable prior experience in documentation and monitoring. Knowledge of evidence review. Advanced knowledge of reconciliations. Availability to work rotating shifts. Responsibilities: 1\) Ensure administrative control of completed trips, guaranteeing proper documentation. 2\) Collect evidence and track processes required for settlement and stamping of Carta Porte Complements (CCP), maintaining effective communication with Operations and Accounts Receivable (AR) departments. 3\) Receive trip scheduling via registration in the Control Desk’s Drive folder. 4\) Monitor the trip schedule sent by the Traffic and Logistics Executive and/or Operations Supervisor. 5\) Document the trip: generate Carta Porte Complement, transfer document, and invoice. 6\) Deliver generated documentation to the driver and/or Traffic and Logistics Executive. 7\) Sign the Trip Control Logbook upon receipt of complete evidence. 8\) Receive evidence, validate its correct documentation and compliance with requirements necessary for settlement, and upload to SAP. 9\) Ensure compliance with transfer and Carta Porte Complement requirements as specified by the Traffic and Logistics Executive.
