Seeks proactivity, problem analysis, and teamwork. **Description** --------------- **The Role** * Conduct effective collections from insurance policy and endorsement clients. * Coordinate with insurers to apply payments and process refunds. * Generate payment references, invoices, and addendums for delivery to clients. * Advise clients and account executives on matters related to insurance policy and endorsement payments. * Reconcile insurer account statements with pending payment receipts. * Apply payments in the internal system. * Clean up unpaid entries in the system. * Manage dashboards in Power BI **Qualifications** ------------------ **Requirements** * Customer-oriented service attitude. * Proactivity. * Analytical ability to solve problems. * Strong organizational skills and teamwork. * Process innovation. * Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Power BI. * Interest in using Artificial Intelligence. * Completed Bachelor's degree. * Intermediate to Advanced English. * Preferably at least one year of experience in the insurance sector.
