





Job Description: Position Objective: Ensure that the company's accounts payable comply with established policies and procedures for payment. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting. 2 years of experience in a similar position or as an accounting assistant. Knowledge of accounting and internal control. Familiarity with compliance of Policies and Procedures. Proficiency in Office 365, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat. Experience with ERP administrative systems, preferably SAP. Main Responsibilities: Review and input accounts payable into the administrative system (ERP). Schedule payments to suppliers. Keep files up to date, asset controls, and reconciliations of payable balances. Perform accounts payable reconciliation at least once a month. Submit monthly closing reports.
