Job Summary: We are seeking a technical support technician to provide preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as hardware and software failure diagnosis and resolution. Key Highlights: 1. Local user technical support 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment 3. Hardware and software failure diagnosis and repair **TECHNICAL SUPPORT** **NET SALARY: 8,000 \- 9,000 PER MONTH** **EXPERIENCE:** * Education in Computer Systems, Informatics, Computing, or related field * Experience: Minimum 6 months in local user technical support and * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment, * Hardware and software failure diagnosis, repair, and resolution. **EXPERIENCE:** Windows operating system proficiency. Preventive and corrective maintenance, including installation, as well as hardware and software failure diagnosis and detection.
