We seek individuals eager to work, in good physical condition, and willing to join our construction team on important local projects. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 \- 18:00 hrs; Saturdays, 8:00 \- 11:00 hrs. Key responsibilities: \- Loading and unloading materials (cement, rebar, concrete blocks). \- Preparing mixtures (concrete, mortar) following the foreman's instructions. \- Cleaning and organizing the worksite to ensure safety. \- General assistance in excavations, demolitions, and debris hauling. \- Use of basic hand tools (shovel, pickaxe, wheelbarrow). Requirements: \- Experience: Not mandatory — we provide training if you have the right attitude! \- Skills: Ability to perform physical labor. \- Attitude: Punctuality, honesty, and ability to work in a team. \- Basic documentation: INE, CURP, RFC, and proof of address.
