Main Responsibilities * Prepare and supervise daily production and recipe compliance. * Ensure consistency in flavor, presentation, and service timing. * Coordinate kitchen operations during your shift. * Support recipe implementation. * Promote a collaborative and professional work environment. * Assist in implementing daily menus. * Supervise cleanliness, order, and maintenance of the area. Required Profile * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar position. * Experience in medium-volume kitchens. * Proven operational leadership and creativity. * Organization and focus. * Ability to work under pressure.
