Job Summary: GRUPO BATIATUS seeks a Private Security Supervisor responsible for leading, organizing, supervising, and developing a security team, ensuring proper task fulfillment, and managing incidents and emergencies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead, organize, and develop a security team. 2. Supervise assigned functions and respond to incidents/emergencies. 3. Train and educate security personnel. GRUPO BATIATUS IS SEEKING A PRIVATE SECURITY SUPERVISOR (Naucalpan Area, Lomas Verdes Avenue) **Education:** Incomplete bachelor's degree or completed high school diploma minimum **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of verifiable and recent experience Excellent service attitude Supervision of 10–20 security personnel **Responsibilities:** Lead, organize, supervise, and develop the work team. Ensure proper execution of assigned duties, preparation of executive reports, protocols, and guidelines. Supervise the duties and instructions assigned to officers (guards) to ensure proper compliance. Plan staffing needs for the next shift. Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents and emergencies. Conduct physical security patrols. Investigate incidents. Review security logs. Capture photographs and analyze CCTV video footage. Evaluate compliance with instructions. Conduct on-site visits following the assigned supervision route to ensure proper delivery of guard services. Conduct interviews and/or meetings with clients to follow up on their needs and ensure service expectations are met, preparing corresponding minutes. Complete assigned forms, including patrol route logs, attendance records, overtime requests, and equipment inventory/supply requests. Promptly report operational incidents related to the service, such as staff shortages, absences, or service changes. Ensure proper use of uniforms and assigned equipment provided by the company. Guarantee timely and high-quality delivery of security services.
