Sales Call Center Trainer. **Responsibilities:** * Design and deliver training programs and materials. * Develop workshops to improve sales and commercial skills. * Coordinate and monitor training (attendance and progress). * Analyze results, identify gaps, and prepare executive reports. **We offer:** * Base salary: $9,000 MXN per month. * Productivity bonus: $4,000 MXN. * Punctuality and attendance bonus: $1,000 MXN. * Commissions up to $4,000 MXN. * Monday to Friday, 8:50 a.m. to 6:20 p.m., plus two Saturday shifts per month, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Statutory benefits + free medical service. * Growth opportunities. **Requirements:** * One year of experience as a Call Center Trainer. * Six months of experience in financial services sales. * Partially completed or completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Pedagogy, or related field.
