We strive to be transparent and committed to excellence in everything we do. **Position Objective:** Supervise, coordinate, and optimize operations related to the **collection**, transportation, and delivery of biological samples and laboratory materials, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and traceability protocols. Guarantee efficient **management of the collection team**, fostering a culture of punctuality, commitment, and continuous improvement. **Functions and Responsibilities:** **Personnel Management:** * Coordinate and assign **daily** collection routes to sample collectors. * Supervise staff compliance with schedules, uniform requirements, and logbook entries. * Evaluate the operational and behavioral performance of the team, implementing corrective and motivational actions. * **Train** and provide feedback to staff on procedures, protocols, and customer service. * Manage operational or disciplinary incidents in alignment with company values. **Operational Control:** * Verify that collected samples meet integrity and traceability requirements. * **Respond to client collection requests and schedule collections.** * Monitor proper use of motorcycles, transportation equipment, and materials assigned to the team. * Validate accurate completion of logbooks, collection reports, and delivery records. * Ensure all couriers assigned to routes carry mandatory documentation and complete safety equipment before departing for collections. * Ensure compliance with established protocols for sample handling, minimizing errors and risks. **Communication and Reporting:** * Serve as the liaison between collectors, the laboratory, and other internal departments. * Generate productivity, incident, and improvement reports for management. * Promote clear, effective, and respectful communication with both team members and clients. * Schedule maintenance and repairs for motorcycles requiring service. **Position Requirements:** **Education:** * BACHELOR’S DEGREE, INCOMPLETE ENGINEERING DEGREE, OR INTERNSHIP CANDIDATE.
