Job Summary: We are seeking an analyst proficient in Excel to manage pricing, inventory, and circulars, ensuring seamless information flow to the sales force and analyzing operational incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage price lists and prepare layouts for bulk uploads. 2. Generate stock, inventory, and sales reports by channel. 3. Analyze incidents in the purchase-sale process. AG COM México Authorized Telcel Distributor · We seek a detail-oriented individual with intermediate Excel skills and the ability to maintain accurate and error-free flow of pricing, inventory, and circular information across the entire sales force. · YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Validate and manage Telcel price lists against internal systems. Prepare layouts for bulk price uploads. Generate stock, inventory, and sales reports by channel and branch. Draft and distribute circulars to the sales force. Analyze incidents in the purchase-sale process and identify root causes. · WHAT WE REQUIRE: Intermediate Excel proficiency is mandatory (pivot tables, data cross-referencing, data validation). Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial operations, pricing, or back-office functions. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. · WHAT WE OFFER: Base salary: $12,000 MXN + punctuality and attendance bonuses.
