At QUASAIR we are looking for a supervisor of electromechanical installations in the retail, residential, and industrial sectors with knowledge in: * Physical surveys and photographic reports. * Coordinate **preventive** and **corrective** maintenance. * **Quantification** and **quotation** of materials. * Supervision and training of operational staff. * Manage inventory and material supply. * Design service routes. * Coordination with other specialties and departments. * Personalized customer service. Requirements: * Degree in electrical, mechanical engineering or related field (it is essential to have a **professional title and license).** * Minimum **2 years' experience** supervising general maintenance **(HVAC, electrical, plumbing, finishes, etc.).** * Intermediate English. * Knowledge of **NOM\-007\-ENER\-2004, NOM\-001\-SEDE\-2012, National Electrical Code 1996, IMSS, ASHRAE, ANSI, AMCA, SMAGNA, etc.** * Intermediate **AutoCAD 2D** skills. * Teamwork and cooperation. * Ability to work under pressure. * Responsible and proactive. * **Flexible schedule and willingness to travel.** What do we offer? * You will become part of a growing team and have the opportunity to demonstrate your full potential on projects focused on the electrical sector.
