Confidential handling of information and resolution of digital issues. **Vacancy: Academic Services Assistant** We are seeking a candidate to join our team, responsible for providing comprehensive student support and managing academic procedures with precision and strict adherence to institutional and official regulations. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00; Saturdays, 10:00–15:00. **Salary:** $9500 MXN per month, tax-free. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education and at least 1 year of prior experience in academic records management at the higher education level. * Excellent writing and written communication skills. * Experience supporting students via digital channels such as email, chat, or video calls. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency, familiarity with SEP guidelines, strong digital organization skills, and attention to detail. **Main Responsibilities:** You will track academic requests and manage enrollment and re-enrollment processes. You will also validate and safeguard digital student files, issue electronic certificates, and continuously update academic records and databases. Additionally, you will assist students with procedures such as credit transfers, withdrawals, and program changes. **Key Competencies:** We seek a candidate focused on student service, capable of working independently and managing priorities effectively.
