Passion for early childhood education and teamwork Provide support to the lead teacher in attending to, caring for, and academically guiding students, contributing to the holistic development of children in a safe, affectionate, and stimulating environment. Requirements: * Minimum education level: preferably ***Educational Assistant, Bachelor’s Degree in Preschool Education, Psychology, Pedagogy, or related field*** * Minimum one year of experience working with preschool-aged children. * Basic knowledge of group management and playful-educational activities. * Patience, responsibility, and passion for early childhood education. * Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team. Responsibilities: * Support in pedagogical and recreational activities. * Supervision and guidance of students during activities inside and outside the classroom. * Support in group management and positive discipline. * Assistance with hygiene and habits of order. * Support in school events and institutional activities.
