Tracks incidents and supports academic processes **Junior Academic Coordinator** **Universidad Unitech** is an educational institution with international presence and a fully online modality, serving students across the Mexican Republic and Latin America. We are currently seeking a **Junior Academic Coordinator** to join our team. **Job Objective** To monitor academic operations on ***AYA10 and LMS*** platforms, ensuring correct configuration of groups, subjects, instructors, and students for optimal online course functionality. **Requirements** * Completed bachelor’s degree. * Operational experience with AYA10\. * Proficiency in LMS platforms. * Experience in online education. * Ability to organize and track processes. * Capacity to resolve operational incidents. **Main Responsibilities** * Configuration of groups and subjects. * Tracking FIC and course openings. * Validation of registrations and enrollments. * Operational support for instructors and students. * Incident tracking on the platform. * Review of course visibility and activation. * Support for academic and administrative processes. **Desirable** Prior experience in: * Online universities. * Digital student administration. * LMS support. * Virtual academic operations. **Competencies** * Attention to detail. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Proactivity and organization. **Salary:** 12,500\.00 (tax-free) monthly, starting with a 3-month probationary period **Position Type:** * Full-time * Indefinite term **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00 hrs Saturdays, 09:00–14:00 hrs On-site employment. **Location:** Matías Romero \#136, Col.
