At **Neolpharma**, we are seeking a **Granulation Operator A** to execute the granulation process for solid dosage forms, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety policies, hygiene, and quality standards. **Requirements** * Completed high school education * **Minimum 2 years of experience** * Operation of mixers in the pharmaceutical industry * Manual unit operations related to mixing * Handling of excipients and raw materials for oral solids * Knowledge of: * NOM\-059 * GMP and GDP * Process controls * Basic statistics * Equipment mechanics and fault detection * Equipment handling: thermobalance, analytical balance, mixers, adjustment equipment. **Responsibilities** * Execute the granulation process according to instructions and established parameters. * Perform equipment adjustments to maintain specifications. * Disassemble, clean, and reassemble granulation equipment. * Conduct process controls and physical tests. * Maintain documentation per GDP requirements. * Report defects in product, equipment, or area. * Comply with safety, hygiene, and environmental guidelines. * Maintain order and cleanliness in assigned area. * Train assigned personnel when required. **Competencies** * Attention to detail * Results-oriented * Teamwork * Dynamism * Effective communication **Working Conditions** * Pharmaceutical plant with direct product contact. * Mandatory use of PPE: goggles, half-face respirator, belt, gloves, earplugs, and safety shoes. * Availability to **rotate shifts**. **We Offer** * Statutory benefits * Technical training * Job stability * Opportunities for growth within Production Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,500\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance or service * Discounted cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
