




**At Grupo LINMEX**, we are looking for a highly proactive **Customer Service Coordinator** with a **strategic focus** to coordinate and supervise the customer service and follow-up process, ensuring a positive, timely, and commercially aligned customer experience in accordance with the company’s business standards—contributing to customer retention, business continuity, and achievement of the commercial department’s objectives. **What will you do?** * Ensure timely response times and a consistent service experience. * Follow up on requests, complaints, clarifications, and customer status. * Ensure accurate registration and updating of information in the CRM. * Implement and monitor customer service and support protocols. * Monitor customer satisfaction and departmental performance indicators. * Identify opportunities for improvement in the customer service process and experience. * Coordinate customer routing to sales, after-sales, or other departments. * Manage critical or escalated incidents with a solution-oriented approach. * Prepare periodic reports on service results and trends. **What do you need?** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field. * Prior experience in customer service, support, or commercial areas is desirable. * Courses or certifications in Customer Experience, Service Management, or CRM (desirable). * Proficiency in CRM systems and multichannel service platforms. * Analysis of service metrics (SLA, CSAT, NPS). * Preparation of operational and executive reports. * Knowledge of commercial and after-sales processes. * Implementation of service protocols and standards. **What do we offer?** * Working hours from 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday. * Competitive salary. * Ongoing training opportunities. * Comprehensive health care programs. * Excellent work environment. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
