




Position Purpose Supervise and monitor compliance with the Food Safety and Quality Management System (FSSC 22000) and Occupational Health and Safety programs in accordance with applicable Mexican Official Standards (NOMs), managing logs, audits, documentation, and corrective action plans. Functions and Responsibilities • Supervise prerequisite programs (GMPs, cleaning, pest control, chemicals). • Conduct traceability exercises and simulations for: product withdrawal, food defense, and food fraud. • Maintain the HACCP system up to date and verify CCPs/PRPs. • Manage nonconformities (NCs). • Review and maintain updated and organized documentation for the FSSC 22000 V6 system. • Participate in internal audits. • Support external audits related to the food safety system. • Document the Occupational Health and Safety system. • Control, analyze, and monitor incident and accident prevention. • Deliver training on food safety and occupational health and safety systems. • Verify laboratory equipment operation per procedure. • Manage maintenance of general safety and hygiene conditions (fire extinguishers, harnesses, PPE, signage, etc.). • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Required Competencies Technical: Knowledge of FSSC 22000 V6, HACCP, NOMs, document management, and auditing. Behavioral: Communication, leadership, analytical ability, interpersonal skills, proactivity. Requirements Education: Degree in Food Engineering, Biochemistry, or related field. Experience: 1–2 years in Quality/Food Safety Assurance. Knowledge: FSSC 22000, HACCP, STPS regulations, NOM-251, NOM-051, NOM-218. Availability: Attend audits and simulations.
