Leadership and decision-making for process improvement **Job Description:** A growing company is seeking a **Warehouse Deputy Manager** to coordinate and optimize warehouse operations across two plants. The role will be responsible for inventory management, material control, personnel management, and logistical process improvement. **Responsibilities:** * Supervision of warehouses (receiving, shipping, and inventory control) * Stock administration and control (cyclic and physical inventories) * Coordination of work teams * Implementation of process improvements * Monitoring of KPIs (inventory accuracy, turnover, shrinkage) * Coordination with production, procurement, and logistics departments **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field * Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse roles (similar position or Senior Warehouse Supervisor) * ERP system proficiency (SAP, Oracle, or similar) * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills * Leadership and decision-making capabilities * Willingness to travel between plants **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of $35,000 * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Vacation bonus of at least 26.25 days * 30-day Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo) * Meal vouchers * Savings fund * Employee referral program * Subsidized cafeteria service (Yecapixtla Plant) * Maternity and lactation room * In-house medical service * Recreational and team-building events * Company parking * Agreements and discounts for employees at participating institutions * Professional development opportunities **Location:** **Civac Plant:** C. 9 Este 86, Civac, 62578 Jiutepec, Mor. **Yecapixtla Plant:** Carretera Yecapixtla s/n, Agua Hedionda, 62820 Yecapixtla, Mor.
