Prepares reports and collaborates with other departments **SONORA GRILL is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Polanco \- Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Inventory Management * **Stock Control:** Maintain an up-to-date inventory record, including product rotation, expiration date tracking, and identification of items for disposal. * **Receiving and Dispatching:** Supervise and manage incoming goods (via invoices and delivery notes) and outgoing products to various restaurant areas. * **Periodic Inventories:** Conduct and/or coordinate physical inventories to ensure stock accuracy. Operations and Efficiency * **Warehouse Organization:** Ensure an efficient and safe layout of storage space to facilitate handling and access to products. * **Supply and Replenishment:** Coordinate and plan procurement of supplies required for daily restaurant operations. * **Process Optimization:** Establish and improve work methods to ensure efficient recording, control, and movement of goods. Personnel and Safety Management * **Team Leadership:** Manage assigned staff by assigning tasks, supervising performance, and providing training as needed. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene procedures and protocols within the warehouse and for personnel.
