Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage procurement, select suppliers, negotiate contracts, and optimize acquisition strategies for real estate projects. Key Highlights: 1. Manage the selection and evaluation of reliable suppliers. 2. Negotiate contracts and favorable pricing agreements. 3. Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with objectives. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in real estate or construction companies. RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify, evaluate, and select reliable and competitive suppliers. Negotiate contracts and favorable pricing agreements. Maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure material availability and quality. Evaluate supplier performance and take corrective actions when necessary. Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives and project requirements. Analyze project material and equipment needs and generate accurate purchase orders. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely material supply. Continuously seek opportunities to reduce acquisition costs without compromising quality. Analyze market trends and material prices to support purchasing decisions. Proficiency in Excel. WE OFFER: Statutory benefits.
