Job Summary: Coordination and supervision of electrical, voice, and data projects, managing resources and personnel, and ensuring successful delivery of electromechanical projects. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in coordinating electrical and electromechanical projects. 2. Supervision and control of medium- and low-voltage construction work. 3. Direct interaction with clients and resolution of technical difficulties. Graduate Electrical Engineer or Electromechanical Engineer with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in coordinating and supervising electrical projects. Experience and Technical Knowledge: Extensive experience in electrical engineering coordination, including electrical, voice, and data projects. Supervision of electromechanical construction work in medium- and low-voltage systems. Coordination and execution of electrical projects and construction work. Control and monitoring of electrical projects. Quantification and design of electrical installations. Preparation, analysis, and control of unit prices. Material and resource management for construction projects. Document control and project handover/reception processes. Desirable experience in voice and data systems. Tools and Software: Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite. Use of AutoCAD 2D. Proficiency in Microsoft Project for project planning and control. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate assigned electrical, voice, and data projects. Interact directly with clients for project tracking. Coordinate and execute assigned electrical projects and construction work. Supervise construction progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. Manage materials and resources assigned to projects. Supervise and coordinate on-site personnel. Address and resolve technical difficulties raised by clients. Present construction progress reports and proposals for electrical and technical solutions.
