Experience: At least 1 year of experience in general accounting, cost accounting, and inventory within a manufacturing company. Skills: Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency; SAP knowledge is desirable. · Job Responsibilities Evaluates various types of costs (standard, replacement, and average) required by the organization by analyzing necessary inputs to determine business profitability. Prepares monthly closing reports regarding purchase amounts, indirect expenses, and inventory balances across subsidiaries, by extracting and analyzing monthly data to objectively inform the Controller’s Office. Executes the sub-allocation process at month-end, analyzing expenses to assign them to the cost centers of production plants. Analyzes the average material cost, identifying changes to ensure accurate inventory valuation. Ensures proper recording of generated codes (SKUs), verifying that accounting and cost parameters in SAP are correct. Supports the preparation of the annual cost-of-sales budget by analyzing unit cost and profitability margin per product and per business. At the beginning of each year, updates the rates used for costing all products manufactured at the plant, ensuring up-to-date and necessary information is available to execute activities (manufacturing orders) for the new year across all company production areas.
