Strong communicator, adept at problem-solving, and willing to travel We are seeking an IT Senior Executive to provide essential Level 1 technical support and on-site services. This role is pivotal in identifying our IT system issues and assisting end-users across the organization in the region. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, adept at problem-solving, and willing to travel to support our operations in the Latin America (LATAM) region. Key Responsibilities: • Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to understand issues and explain technical solutions. Provide first-line (Level 1) IT support for local and remote offices. • Travel within the Latin America region to provide on-site system analysis & support. Assist with IT projects as required. • Document all support cases, solutions, and user guides. Required Qualifications and Skills: • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications or a related field, • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a system support or helpdesk role. • Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory, both written and verbal.
