




Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant Intern to support administrative and operational recruitment activities and personnel follow-up. Key Highlights: 1. Learning in Personnel Administration and Organizational Communication The INTERNSHIP vacancy is for the **Human Resources Assistant** department, with a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 18:00 hrs, and Saturdays from 09:00 to 13:00 hrs. The primary responsibility will be to support the Recruitment and Human Resources department in administrative and operational activities related to talent attraction and personnel follow-up. Key responsibilities include: * Posting and tracking job vacancies. * Attracting and screening candidates. * Conducting phone calls and scheduling interviews. * Assisting with initial interviews. * Compiling and archiving personnel files. * Validating documentation. * Monitoring hiring processes. * Supporting training and operational activities. * Preparing reports and administrative control. * Attending to and following up with employees. * Basic handling of administrative platforms and databases.
