Ensuring the best service and sales experience. **Header \- External** ------------------------- VP: VPGM Region Centro Entity: Mexico Location Type: Tda Cdmx Interlomas **BTP Position Objective** ------------------------------- Advise customers in AT&T stores to identify their service needs, achieve optimization, and comply with established processes and policies. **Key BTP Responsibilities** ------------------------------------- Establish cordial and service-oriented relationships with customers to ensure service quality and provide viable solutions for issue resolution. Implement quality standards set by Management and ensure the best service and sales experience. Accurately and completely record customer visits in the company's systems to enhance satisfaction.
