Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Assistant to manage travel documentation, control incoming and outgoing goods, coordinate routes, and monitor vehicles within a renewable energy transportation sector. Job stability and growth opportunities We are looking for a Logistics Assistant to work with a major renewable energy-driven transportation sector. Requirements Completed high school diploma / Technical Superior University degree in logistics or related field. Knowledge of logistics processes (control tower, dispatch, monitoring, or traffic). Desirable but not mandatory: preparation of waybills, GPS tracking platforms, interaction with fifth-wheel operators, document control. Availability for rotating shifts. Residence near Tláhuac or no commuting constraints.  Main Activities Recover and safeguard documentation for trips and/or services. Control incoming and outgoing product. Support route and delivery coordination. Record movements in administrative and logistics systems (ERP/Excel, etc.). Register vehicle and operator entries and exits. Assist in vehicle monitoring. Maintain constant communication with operators and/or warehouse drivers en route. Report incidents regarding deviations from planned routes, delays, accidents, or vehicle breakdowns, and generate reports. Request PPE for operators and warehouse drivers. Generate required reports related to the role. Comply with quality management system requirements.
