Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Specialist with experience in customer service and knowledge of payroll and severance calculations. Key Highlights: 1. Previous experience in customer service and follow-up 2. Knowledge of payroll calculation, severance payments, and settlements 3. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills **Position**: Payroll Specialist. **Location**: Paseo de los Tamarindos, Santa Fe, near the Banamex corporate office. **We Offer** * Monthly gross salary: $12,000.00 to $20,000.00 (negotiable based on qualifications). * Biweekly payments. * Statutory benefits. * Life insurance. * Training programs. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Mixed employment arrangement. **Mandatory Requirements** * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency. * Prior experience in customer service and follow-up. **Knowledge / Experience** * Payroll calculation. * Severance and settlement calculations. * Payroll tax. * INFONAVIT and FONACOT credit calculations. * Calculation and payment of variable compensation.
