We are currently seeking: IMPORT COORDINATOR (Raw Materials, Packaging, and Finished Products) JOB OBJECTIVE: Coordinate the import process for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products by managing import requirements with suppliers and customs agents to ensure compliance with Grupo Herdez policies and procedures. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manage compliance and the import process across all Grupo Herdez companies through service-level agreements defined in contracts related to the import process. • Ensure achievement of import management area performance indicators by monitoring service levels and internal customer support, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of each team member according to departmental objectives. • Establish, ensure, and communicate alignment of the Strategic Sourcing and Supply Directorate’s strategy during its development and implementation, through adherence to policies and procedures. • Coordinate and ensure, in collaboration with the Supply Management Department and user areas, resolution of issues related to invoicing, returns, and shipment tracking. • Coordinate, develop, and manage the team by assigning tasks in accordance with established parameters and objectives for departmental development. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field 3 years of experience: • In foreign trade. • In product importation. • Identifying risks (logistics, timelines, regulations, delays) and potential issues (extra costs, etc.).
