We promote the development of life skills and implement the use of new technological tools, enabling comprehensive training within a sustainable, ethical, and inclusive environment. **Description:** * **Position:** Academic Assistant (Instructional Designer) * **Position Objective:** To support the coordination and management of academic programs and activities ensuring the proper development and implementation of educational service programs and technology-academic development projects; as well as to mentor and monitor all academic processes involving both students and faculty, thereby guaranteeing that the student community receives comprehensive training during their time at the Institute and graduates with the knowledge, skills, and competencies appropriate to their enrolled academic program. **Functions and Responsibilities:** · Support in the coordination, supervision, and management of academic activities. · Development and design of multimedia educational materials oriented toward teaching. · Assignment and review of pedagogical materials for course creation or updating. · Review and implementation of extraordinary examinations. · Monitoring of records and controls related to the evaluation process. · Identification of suitable faculty profiles for course delivery, as well as identification of substitute faculty in cases of cancellation or abandonment. · Preparation and distribution of official notices. · Faculty mentoring regarding assignment procedures (schedules, courses, and campuses) and monitoring of duties (instruction, assessment, administrative processes, etc.). · Monitoring of incidents involving faculty and students. · Student mentoring (assistance, resolution of queries, and referral to relevant departments when necessary). · Training and orientation for students in general, especially new enrollees. · Handling and follow-up of student-faculty conflicts. · Collaboration with other academic-technological departments for courses, workshops, certifications, etc. · Additional responsibilities. · Periodic preparation of reports on outcomes of assigned activities. **Requirements:** · Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Psychopedagogy, Educational Psychology, or Psychology · Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar roles within educational institutions **Knowledge:** · Microsoft Office Suite · Moodle Platform · Educational Platforms · Proficiency in Google Workspace **Professional Competencies:** · Communication skills (verbal and written) · Teamwork · Ability to manage large groups · Customer and public service orientation · Proactivity · Excellent service attitude · Spelling and writing proficiency · Creativity **What We Offer:** · Work schedule: Full-time (Tuesdays to Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; rotating Sundays—only if required). · Work location: **CAMPUS ROTATION** \*South Campus: Av.
