Location: Coyoacán JOB REQUIREMENTS • Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Relations, or related field. • Minimum experience: 6 months in procurement processes • Type A driver's license • Desired knowledge: - Procurement system and ERP (SAE) proficiency - Procurement process (requisition, quotation, purchase order, tracking, and closure) - Basic negotiation with suppliers - Intermediate Excel skills - Integration of procurement files - Handling of procedures, records, and controlled formats - Knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) Mandatory: Ability to drive and possession of a valid driver's license. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Control and safeguard documentation (purchase orders, quotations, invoices, etc.) • Ensure all documentation complies with QMS guidelines. • Coordinate with customs agents and internal departments. • Verify completeness of import files. JOB FUNCTIONS • Deliver relevant documentation to Administrative Areas (A.A.) • Execute purchases in the system according to authorized requisitions. • Track purchase orders until closure. • Verify compliance with regulatory and documentary requirements. • Review import files. • Comply with applicable QMS procedures. • Collect goods and documentation from customs agencies. • Participate in internal and external audits. This position involves office-based administrative tasks and field-based operational management for goods collection and document delivery. Working Hours: • Monday to Friday: 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. • Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Occasional shift rotation may be required based on operational needs.
