WORK SCHEDULE: * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. WORK LOCATION: * San Pedro de los Pinos Metro Station, CDMX. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed bachelor's degree. * Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a call center or customer service environment. ADVANCED EXCEL SKILLS ARE MANDATORY: * Pivot tables * Complex formulas * Macros Experience in extracting, cleaning, and analyzing databases. Knowledge of call center metrics: AHT, NS, NPS, Abandonment Rate, Productivity, among others. Analytical profile, results-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Analyze key performance indicators of the Customer Contact Center. * Design and automate operational dashboards and executive reports. * Identify trends and opportunities for process improvement and training enhancement. * Validate data integrity in CRM and operational systems. * Collaborate with supervision and quality teams to align analysis with operations. * Generate strategic reports to support decision-making.
