Promotes professional development **Job Description** Direct, coordinate, supervise, and control preventive and corrective maintenance activities for fixed equipment to ensure that equipment remains in optimal condition for safe operation, guaranteeing its availability and productivity. Must propose tasks to be performed, applying established procedures to ensure the perfect condition, appearance, and use of buildings, equipment, machinery, and furniture of the organization. **Job Challenges** Establish a failure registry and analysis for equipment. * Exceed the established metric. * Asset control and operational efficiency. * Zero disabling accidents among area personnel. * Maintain continuous training for operational staff. * Work synergistically to execute operational priorities. **Critical Competencies:** 1\. Teamwork **Required Skills and Knowledge** Education: * Bachelor's degrees: Mechanical or Industrial Engineering Required experience: * 1–3 years in maintenance areas of production plants. * Required knowledge: Industrial maintenance knowledge. * Knowledge of construction standards (civil works). * SAP proficiency. * Excel knowledge. * Presentation creation.
