Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate Host/Hostess dedicated to hospitality to welcome guests, manage reservations, and ensure an experience of service excellence. Key Responsibilities: 1. Greet and welcome guests with excellence in service. 2. Strategic table management and efficient handling of waiting lists. 3. Maintain a clean and orderly reception area at all times. ARCHIPIÉLAGO **Host / Hostess \- Service English** We are looking for a hospitality-driven individual to be the first face of our restaurant. Your mission will be to welcome our guests, manage reservations, and ensure that their experience begins with excellence in service. Proficiency in **Service English** is mandatory. **Work Location:** Coyoacán Center. **Daily Responsibilities:** * **Opening & Preparation:** Attend briefings, stay informed about daily specials and shortages, and complete your opening checklist. * **Guest Service:** Greet and welcome guests, escort them to their tables, and present menus (including special attention to children with crayons and paper). * **Table Management:** Assign tables strategically to avoid overburdening servers and handle the waiting list efficiently. * **Reservations:** Schedule reservations and make confirmation calls one day in advance. * **Follow-up:** Present satisfaction surveys at the end of service and bid guests a warm farewell. * **Maintenance:** Keep the reception area clean and orderly at all times. **Technical Skills:** * **Service English:** Ability to conduct fluent service-related conversations (Mandatory). * **OpenTable (Desirable):** Update station and table occupancy statuses with guest names, and manage special dates and time slots. * **Operations:** Floor space allocation within the dining room. * **Reservation Management:** Handling phone calls, *walk\-ins*, and guests arriving directly at the unit. * **Experience:** Prior experience as a **Hostess / Host** is required. * **Soft Skills:** Customer service orientation, results-driven mindset, teamwork, and excellent time management. * **Availability:** Flexibility to rotate shifts. **What We Offer You:** * **Monthly Income:** Base net salary \+ Weekly tips (Total approx. **$15,500 to $16,500**). * **Statutory Benefits** from your first day of employment. * **Additional Benefits:** Complimentary meals, uniforms at no cost, and discounts across all our brands. **You’re the missing ingredient!** Apply through this channel with your updated CV to begin your journey with us. **ABOUT US:** **ARCHIPIÉLAGO** is a leading hospitality company with proprietary brands and concepts including **Cancino Pizzerias, La Zaranda, La Ventanita Café, Leonor Café, Jardín Paraíso, El Ayer, and Taverna**, official distributors of **Mezcal Unión**, and creators of cultural platforms such as **ACME and TRÓPICO**.
