




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced cook to prepare food, maintain hygiene, and collaborate as part of a team, with a focus on culinary quality and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Prepare food according to recipes and established standards 2. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure an efficient workflow 3. Participate in the creation and improvement of new dishes **Knowledge:** * Prepare food in accordance with recipes and established standards. * Maintain cleanliness and order at your workstation and throughout the kitchen. * Ensure proper and responsible use of ingredients, utensils, and kitchen equipment. * Verify the freshness, quality, and correct storage of food items. * Assist with receiving and storing supplies. * Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to guarantee an efficient workflow. * Report shortages or product needs to the chef or supervisor. * Participate in the creation or improvement of new dishes when requested. * Availability to rotate between branches (Col. Del Valle and Roma) **Requirements:** * Minimum 1–2 years of kitchen experience (restaurants, cafeterias, or similar). * Basic or intermediate knowledge of cooking techniques and food handling. * Punctuality, responsibility, and a proactive attitude. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Availability for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
