




Job Summary: We are seeking telephone executives for technical support, responsible for receiving and resolving technical issues reported by customers. Key Highlights: 1. We require: Telephone executives for a Technical Support campaign. Responsibilities: Answer calls from Totalplay customers reporting service failures and provide appropriate attention and problem resolution. We offer: * Base monthly salary: $9400 * Productivity bonuses ranging from $2,500 to $4,500 * Bi-weekly payment schedule. * Statutory benefits. Requirements: * Valid INE (National Identity Card). * Completed high school education. * Minimum 6 months of experience in technical support OR knowledge of PING, TRACERT, ROUTER, CMD, DNS, IP. * Flexible availability for work shifts. * Proficiency in using PCs. * Empathy and excellent customer service skills. * Strong communication skills. Schedule: * Monday to Sunday, with one rotating day off during the week. - Afternoon Shift (3 PM to 9 PM) Work Location: * Narvarte neighborhood, Benito Juárez borough, CDMX.
