Experience in a similar position. Tracking of tickets and requests from immediate supervisor. Experience supervising personnel. **Responsibilities:** * User support for installation, corrective and preventive maintenance of low- and high-volume printing equipment. * Knowledge of high-volume printing equipment such as Konica, Lexmark, Canon, Xerox, etc. * Physical meter readings and readings via applications. * Supply management (toner, maintenance kits, imaging units, etc.) and consumables (alcohol, lint-free cloths, compressed air, etc.). * Installed base tracking (number of on-site devices and business channels or lines) for requesting spare parts and supplies. * Statistical control and performance monitoring of printing equipment. * Support for assigned customers. * Technical support: resolution of software and hardware issues in printers. **We Offer:** Statutory benefits from day one.
