




República Médica — a company dedicated to providing services in hospitals — is seeking a **Human Resources Manager**. Job Profile: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field. Desirable: Master’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Talent Management. Experience: * Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Human Resources. * At least 3 years in a managerial position. (MANDATORY) * Experience managing over 60 employees. Lead, structure, and consolidate the Human Resources department by implementing policies, processes, and strategies that strengthen talent management, workplace climate, and organizational development — aligning departmental objectives with the company’s vision and strategic goals. Knowledge: * Payroll administration, including supervising and validating accurate payroll calculations based on financial data provided by Accounting. * Federal Labor Law (LFT), Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), National Workers’ Housing Fund Institute (INFONAVIT), State Workers’ Social Security Institute (IDSE), Unified Automated System (SUA), National Workers’ Savings Fund (Fonacot), Payroll Tax, and Income Tax (ISR) on salaries and wages — as well as all related procedures before these entities. * Ensuring compliance with the Federal Labor Law for companies registered in the Registry of Specialized Service Providers or Specialized Construction Works (REPSE), including submission of required reports to the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS). Responsibilities and Skills: * Resolving employee-related issues; supporting and attending to various departments across the organization; implementing strategies to fill vacancies; organizing events; reporting to General Management. * Managerial skills, problem-solving ability, teamwork. * Integrity, commitment, frustration tolerance; high professional ethics and confidentiality. * Establishing formal processes for recruitment, selection, training, recognition programs, performance evaluation, and professional development. * Leading internal communication programs, occupational wellness initiatives, leadership development, and competency building. * Ensuring compliance with internal policies, code of conduct, and labor regulations. * Managing and developing the Human Resources department team. * Acting as a strategic advisor to senior management on organizational matters, structure, workplace climate, and change management. * Developing the annual training plan, ensuring its implementation, and evaluating its effectiveness. * Preparing documentation and leading labor and tax audits to ensure full regulatory compliance. * Preparing reports on labor costs, payroll financial projections, and tax trends. * Personnel management, oversight of recruitment, training, performance evaluation, workplace climate, and staff development, etc. * Defining and implementing talent attraction, retention, and development strategies. * Designing and implementing KPIs for various departments. * Responsible for the internal communication program to keep all personnel informed about organizational developments. * Supervising implementation of occupational safety and health protocols to prevent workplace accidents.
