Technical Skills: * Internal Trainer, Career and Succession Planning, 9-Box Grid, Management Systems, STPS Legal Compliance, Continuous Improvement, Intermediate PowerPoint and Excel, Canva. Responsibilities: * The Development Coordinator is responsible for ensuring Talent Development for key positions and/or personnel within the Organization. Additionally, they will execute and evaluate compliance with development programs, ensuring coverage of the QMS, EMS, STPS compliance, and programs required by AFL.
